The President and the Porn Star

On Friday, January 12th, the “Wall Street Journal” reported that in October 2016, Donald Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen paid $130,000 in hush money to Stephanie Clifford, AKA “Stormy Daniels”, an adult film star with whom Trump allegedly had an affair in 2006, after his marriage to Melania. The moment was fraught with sexual scandal, coming immediately after the release of the “Access Hollywood” tape where Trump had reveled in a variety of sexual battery techniques he regularly employed, using his star power to assault women, including “grab[bing] ‘em by the pussy.”

Clifford had been in negotiations with “Good Morning America” to tell the story of their consensual affair, but withdrew from any agreement once the payment had been made. Trump and Clifford both publically deny their involvement, but not the payment. Which begs the question, if not to buy her silence about their extramarital encounter, what was the payment for?

Leaving aside common sense and probity, something often necessary when examining stories about Trump, this incident is very evocative of the current and natal patterns involving Trump and TNO Salacia. Salacia, the root of our word “salacious” (meaning “having or showing explicit or crude sexual desire or interest”), is frequently active in stories of scandal and sexual impropriety. These tend to hover about the president like so many flies on … well, like so many flies. Our modern use of the term salacious encompasses anything which is sensational, titillating or extraordinary, such as the recent revelations in Michael Wolff’s White House tell-all, “Fire and Fury,” and the porn star payout story fits both bills nicely.

Natally Trump has a strong connection to Salacia. At 24 Sagittarius, this Trans-Neptunian Object conjoins his 21 Sagittarius Moon and opposes his Sun at 22 Gemini, powerfully tapped into both Lights, so a certain amount of scandal involving women is to be expected, and this philandering will be a self-identifying trait. With asteroid Achilles exactly conjunct Salacia, this tendency toward illicit, outrageous or shocking amours is identified as an inherent flaw or weakness, one which has the potential to become a vulnerability or liability, threatening to destroy the native.

What’s been happening in the sky lately reinforces this, with transit asteroid Troemper, our celestial stand-in for the president, opposing transit Salacia, from early Libra to early Aries respectively. As well, transit asteroid Aphrodite, ruling extramarital affairs, has been moving in on that natal Moon/Salacia/Achilles, appearing at 20 Sagittarius for the “Wall Street Journal” story. So the natal potential is being activated and aggravated by current conditions, evoking the multiple manifestations we’ve been witnessing of late.

The only photographic evidence of the connection between Donald Trump and porn star Stormy Daniels (unless of course they made a video).

A more detailed look at the particulars of this story reveals the fine hand of the cosmic chiaroscuro which blends light and dark elements to portray an image of enmeshed karma among the principals.

We’ve already seen how Salacia factors into Trump’s natal chart, but additional mythic asteroids and PNAs have a role to play as well. Natal Aphrodite at 17 Taurus is one of the most elevated points in Trump’s chart; conjoined the 24 Taurus Midheaven, Aphrodite is a bright beacon announcing to the world that illicit affairs will be a hallmark of Trump’s public life. Exactly conjoined asteroid Lie, he’ll attempt to obfuscate or deny its impact, but its elevation puts it front and center for all to see.

And who is Trump lying about sleeping with? Opposing Aphrodite/Lie/MC is asteroid Stevens, one variant of Stephanie, exact on the IC at 24 Scorpio We’ve had occasion to refer to Stevens before, as emblematic of so many who have influenced the Trump story, from White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon, to senior policy adviser Stephen Miller, to Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin. The prominence of these individuals during the political phase of Trump’s biography suggests that this story of the payoff to Stephanie Clifford may have “legs”, beyond those which she displays in her line of work. Also of note is asteroid Stephania, a closer Stephanie variant, which at 0 Capricorn encroaches upon Trump’s natal asteroid Whitehouse at 4 Capricorn, providing clues as to when and how her influence will be felt (this of course also relates to the other Steves in Trump’s life, all of whom he has employed in his administration).

But incredibly, it is asteroid Clifford which resonates most to the story, also appearing at 24 Sagittarius, exactly conjoined Salacia and Achilles! It is as if this particular extramarital liaison is destined to be the ambassador of all the others, the concrete evidence of impropriety. This reinforces the idea that the revelation of this story may be a turning point in Trump’s story arc, encapsulating a lifelong pattern in terms easy to understand.

Stephanie Clifford, AKA “Stormy Daniels”, appears at a Trump Vodka launch party in 2008.

Even Ms. Clifford’s adopted stage name fits into the Trump celestial narrative. “Stormy Daniels” appears as asteroid Daniels, which at 9 Leo is closely conjoined scandal-ruling and devastation-wreaking Pluto at 10, and in the form of asteroid Storm, which at 27 Libra squares natal Saturn at 23 Cancer, potentially impacting career matters. Storm is also stationary, about to turn direct just two days after Trump’s birth, making it one of the still points upon which the chart revolves, an energy which is deeply embedded in his psyche.

When the story broke on January 12th, Troemper at 1 Libra was involved in a T-Square with Salacia at 0 Aries, both squaring Mercury and Saturn at 1 and 2 Capricorn: sensational, scandal-based (Salacia) news (Mercury) about a chief executive (Saturn) named Trump (Troemper). A string of Jupiter, Mars, asteroid Stevens and Karma, at 18, 21, 26 and 28 Scorpio fills in much of the detail: the publicizing (Jupiter) of a prior bad act (Karma) involving sexual contact (Mars) with a woman named Stephanie (Stevens), having political implications (Jupiter). These square Damocles, the doom hanging unseen overhead, and Nemesis, self-undoing, at 22 and 28 Aquarius, perhaps indicating the implications for disaster to follow.

Asteroid Stephania at 2 Sagittarius is an exact match for Trump’s natal asteroid Troemper, bringing both principals of the story into celestial proximity. Asteroid Stevin at 10 Leo is now exactly atop Trump’s natal Pluto, sex and scandal again, with natal Daniels right beside at 9 Leo, establishing Clifford’s alter ego in the saga. Transit Daniels at 9 Virgo opposes asteroid Whitehouse at 4 Pisces and Neptune at 12, linking the Oval Office, films and the porn star. Asteroid Storm, for Stormy, falls at 17 Pisces, within orb of Neptune and squared Aphrodite at 20 Sagittarius, identifying one partner in the affair.

As in Trump’s nativity, asteroid Clifford makes the boldest showing: at 24 Capricorn it conjoins Venus (women, romance, entertainers) at 23, the Sun (focus of the day) at 22, Pluto (sex and scandal) at 19, Achilles (vulnerability) at 16, Washingtonia (DC) at 14 and Askalaphus (tale-bearing, revealing secrets) at 11 Capricorn. Note that the central portion of this stellium opposes Trump’s natal Nemesis, self-undoing, at 16 Cancer and squares his natal Jupiter, the political realm, at 17 Libra.

We can consider the chart of Stormy Daniels as well. Born Stephanie Clifford on 17 March 1979, Daniels is the star of such adult films as “Grand Opening” (2002), “Pussy Sweat” (2003), “Porking with Pride 2” (2004), “Goodwill Humping” (2007), “Snatched” (2012) and “Nymphos” (2013). Her attraction for the industry may be foreshadowed by a combination of Venus and Salacia (scandalous relations, sex as entertainment) at 11 and 16 Aquarius, with Mars at 13 Pisces squared Neptune at 20 Sagittarius (sex films). Note that 20 Sagittarius is the degree of the WSJ article’s Aphrodite, and just a degree off Trump’s natal Moon.

Just one of the voluminous selections in the Stormy Daniels oeuvre, produced two years before the affair with Trump.

Clifford sports a prescient Troemper/Whitehouse conjunction at 9 and 15 Capricorn, bound up with the Askalaphus/Washingtonia/Achilles/Pluto portion of the article’s solar stellium. These square natal Storm and Pluto at 14 and 18 Libra, and form a T-Square with natal Mercury and Washingtonia at 8 and 10 Aries. Troemper/Whitehouse is also part of a natal Kite configuration, with trines to Chiron (wounding) at 6 Taurus and a Saturn (chief executive)/America (US) conjunction at 9 and 14 Virgo forming a Grand Trine, the “String” of the Kite provided by an opposition from Chiron to Stevin at 5 Scorpio, identifying Stephanie as the wounder of the American President.

Clifford’s natal Stephania at 4 Pisces was exactly conjoined by transit Whitehouse when the article was published, providing yet another direct link to the Oval Office. Natal asteroid Clifford at 26 Taurus closely conjoins Trump’s natal MC at 24 Taurus, potentially affecting his reputation; natal Aphrodite at 8 Cancer is an exact match for his natal Mercury, providing news of his affair; while natal Daniels at 23 Cancer is exactly atop Trump’s natal Saturn, impacting career. Natal Achilles, that inherent flaw or weakness, at 25 Libra activates Trump’s natal Storm at 27 Libra, and squares his natal Saturn and the latter points in the solar stellium for the WSJ article.

Once again, terrestrial events played out with phenomenal detail on the celestial stage. Or is that vice versa?
