James Comey Indicted
Donald Trump’s 2025 Retribution Tour kicked into hyperdrive on September 25th, with the two-count indictment of former FBI Director James Comey, a frequent Trump critic whom the thin-skinned president blames for the “Russia hoax” investigations in 2017. Out on the stump in 2024, Trump was fond of stating that retribution would come in the form of his success in office. Perhaps, with Americans’ cost of living on the rise, his tariffs adding to consumer burdens, and his failure to end, or even ameliorate, the wars in Gaza and Ukraine, he figures, ‘Screw it, I’ll just do payback.’
James Comey is charged with lying to Congress, an offense which, if widely prosecuted, would leave very few members of Trump’s current Cabinet standing. The statute of limitations on this supposed crime expired September 30th, and less than two weeks out, in a panic lest his quarry escape the net, Trump issued peremptory instructions via his Truth Social platform to his Attorney General Pam Bondi to get the job done “NOW!” and scoop in Comey before it was too late. The original Justice Department official tasked with this affront refused to file baseless charges, and resigned in protest (Trump claims he fired him), upon which Trump appointed a former personal attorney with no Grand Jury or trial experience to bring home the bacon.

Lindsey Halligan barely made her case, even under the much less strict “probable cause” standard employed for a Grand Jury to indict. She failed on a third charge, and just squeaked past the required majority on the other two, with a vote of 14 out of 23 approving. This doesn’t augur well for a guilty verdict, where “beyond a reasonable doubt” is the standard, and the verdict must be unanimous by all twelve jurors.
For his part, Comey insists on his innocence, and welcomes a trial to prove it. He’s likely on solid ground, because the charge, that he authorized a Justice Department leak to the media and lied about it to Congress under oath, was already investigated in the prior Trump administration and found to be unsupported by the evidence.

But perhaps an actual conviction isn’t the goal here, but rather the example, as intimidation to others, and the attendant cost, inconvenience and emotional stress for Comey. That’s supported by the chart for the indictment on 25 September 2025, which features an exact conjunction of the Sun with asteroid Karma 3811, at 2 Libra, as payback for prior perceived wrongs. They say karma’s a bitch, and so is The Donald, but an opposition to the Saturn/Neptune pairing, currently at 28 Pisces and 0 Aries, points to an erosion (Neptune) of professional standards (Saturn) at Justice, where Halligan couldn’t find a single line attorney to sign onto the indictment. A wide T-Square to asteroid Donn 4689 at 11 Cancer specifies where all the pressure is coming from.
There are multiple indicators of Comey’s renewed involvement with Justice. No exact asteroid matches for Comey exist, but asteroids Combe 9152 and Combes 3446 come close. Combes at 21 Cancer exactly conjoins Jupiter, which rules all things court-related. More emphatically, Combe at 23 Virgo conjoins an exact pairing of asteroids Justitia 269 and Pandora 55, both at 22 Virgo. Justitia is named for the Roman goddess of justice (and the root of our word), while Pandora suggests ill-advised actions resulting in the unleashing of unintended consequences.

Trump’s fingerprints are all over this chart as well, with asteroid James 2335 at 19 Scorpio conjoined asteroid Whitehouse 4036 at 20 Scorpio, symbolizing the presidency. This pair squares a conjunction of asteroids d’Arrest 9133 and Lindsay 31684, at 17 and 19 Leo. d’Arrest refers to arrest, detention, charges filed or indictments, and Lindsay is an alternate spelling of Lindsey, signaling Ms. Halligan as Trump’s flunky in this matter.
Additionally, asteroid Troemper 28130 (our celestial referent for The Donald) falls at 17 Libra, conjoined asteroid Themis 24 at 18 Libra (named for the Greek goddess of justice) and Mercury at 12 Libra, denoting the paperwork involved. A square to Donn at 11 Cancer, and Jupiter with Combes at 21 Cancer, reiterates Trump’s involvement and Comey as his target. With Troemper closely conjunct Themis, running together from late June 2025 through late February 2026, there’s little doubt of Trump’s iron grip on the Justice Department, how merely his vehicle for personal vendetta and revenge.

Born 14 December 1960 (no time available), James Comey’s chart has been receiving considerable eclipse activation of late. The Solar Eclipse of March 29th at 9 Aries fell just a degree shy of his natal asteroid d’Arrest at 8 Aries, prefiguring a brush with the law. This set off a natal Grand Cross of asteroid Nemesis 128 in opposition at 10 Libra, signifying an enemy or opponent, with the crossbars formed by Mars at 14 Cancer (also suggesting hostility and antagonism) and Jupiter at 10 Capricorn, dragging in the courts.
More to the point, the recent Lunar Eclipse of 7 September at 15 Pisces/Virgo created a T-Square with natal asteroids Troemper at 12 Sagittarius and Lindsay at 18 Gemini, identifying Donald Trump as the instigator and Lindsey Halligan as his emissary. The Solar Eclipse of September 21, just four days before the indictment was issued, fell at 29 Virgo, squared Comey’s natal asteroid Justitia at 27 Gemini, impelling action by the Justice Department. This eclipse also squared natal asteroid James at 20 Sagittarius, and perhaps the 22 Sag Sun, depending how large an orb is used.

If we’re judging corrupt intent by Justice in this matter, we need look no further than Pluto’s upcoming direct station at 1 Aquarius atop Comey’s natal asteroid Themis at 0 Aquarius, on October 14th, just five days before his scheduled arraignment on these charges. Pluto rules corruption, as well as coercion, intimidation and criminal acts.
In charging James Comey, Trump sends a not-so-subtle message to others who have offended him, in one way or another. Already investigations for minor mortgage application infractions are underway for Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), who piloted Trump’s first impeachment through the House of Representatives in 2019, and Letitia James, the New York Attorney General who successfully prosecuted Trump for business fraud last year.
Donald Trump would be well-advised to consider that manufactured charges can be responded to with counter-charges for wrongful prosecution, as he gleefully tells his Justice Department, “Hold my beer.”
