In a shocking development, on 19 February 2026, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the Royal formerly known as Prince, was arrested at his home on the Sandringham estate, for suspicion of misconduct in public office.  The potential charges stem from Andrew’s time as Britain’s special envoy for international trade, during which he allegedly sent sensitive trade information to noted American sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.  While not a sex crime per se (of which he has also been accused), the investigation was prompted by information revealed at the latest release of a tranche of three million documents from the Epstein Files, weeks before the arrest. 

Andrew has already received several demotions due to his relations with Epstein, first losing his title as Duke of York, then his birthright as Prince, as well as his Royal Lodge home, evicted by his brother King Charles III.  Now relegated to the misfortunately named Wood Cottage, a structure on the Royal Family’s private estate in Norfolk, this is the first time Andrew has faced legal consequences for his actions.  Andrew was detained and questioned for twelve hours by Thames Valley police, and both his current and former residence are being searched.

No member of the British Royal Family has been arrested in nearly 400 years, when Andrew’s ancestor King Charles II was imprisoned and executed by Parliament, briefly ending the monarchy in England.  Andrew’s punishment is unlikely to go that far, but if charged and convicted, he could face life in prison.

The Solar Eclipse of 17 February 2026 at 28 Aquarius fell just two degrees shy of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s (1) natal Sun at 0 Pisces, exposing him to major change and disruption, and bringing, in this case, an unwelcome focus.  Solar Eclipses have been shown to herald downfalls and deaths, as well as upswings and positive developments, for millennia, as unique celestial events that coincide with prominent changes of fortune. 

Additionally, Uranus at 27 Taurus, planet of turmoil, controversy, shocks and surprises, had come to its retrograde station on February 4^th, squared both the eclipse and his Sun, just a day after Andrew’s move-out date from Royal Lodge (originally announced in October) had been accelerated by the release of the Epstein Files on January 30^th.  Jupiter at 15 Cancer, the planet ruling royalty, is currently at its station degree (turning direct March 11^th) and exactly sesquiquadrate both the transit and natal Sun (with Andrew arrested on his 66^th birthday), providing the tie-in to the Royal Family, focused specifically on Andrew due to his solar placement.  Jupiter is also semisquare Uranus, doubling down on the shockwaves felt in royal circles.

Incredibly, at the time of his arrest, Andrew’s Sun was opposed by transit asteroid d’Arrest 9133 at 1 Virgo, symbolizing arrest, detention, indictments and charges filed.  Natal asteroid d’Arrest at 7 Aquarius is conjoined his 11 Aquarius Descendant, giving it Angular heft and impact, as a force to be reckoned with at some point in the life.  It also lies at the Apex of a Thors’ Hammer, a “fated” pattern indicating karmic influence, similar to a Yod, with sesquiquadrate aspects to natal asteroids Epstein 2928 at 20 Virgo, identifying the association that has brought him to this circumstance; and Wood 1660 at 16 Gemini, reflecting the name of his current residence, Wood Cottage, where the arrest occurred.

The transit Sun at 0 Pisces is conjoined by asteroid Britten 4079 at 27 Aquarius, a phonetic match for “Britain,” suggesting a focus on the island kingdom, as well as Damocles 5335 at 4 Pisces, representing the looming threat or peril, and an exact pairing of asteroids Duke 20037 and NOT 2857 (both 9 Pisces), showcasing (Sun) the threat (Damocles) to Britain’s (Britten) former (NOT) Royal Duke (Duke).  Uranus’ exact square to Britten underscores the severe shock to the system experienced by the entire nation from this arrest.

A second Thor’s Hammer is created by sesquiquadrate aspects from the transit Sun to Jupiter and asteroid Achilles 588 at 20 Libra, depicting a weakness or vulnerability (Achilles) for a Royal (Jupiter).  Achilles is also at station, having turned retrograde on February 4^th, the day after Andrew was officially evicted from Royal Lodge.  By itself, the Jupiter/Achilles square also forms a T-Square with asteroid Andree 1296 at 16 Capricorn, French for “Andrew,” for which there is no exact English language match.

Andrew’s former styles and titles also show significantly.  Transit Mercury at 18 Pisces is conjoined its natal place at 17 Pisces and exactly squared by transit asteroid Prinz 4595 at 18 Sagittarius (German for “prince”), indicating the newsworthiness of the event and the ensuing feeding frenzy in the Press (with both news and media Mercury-ruled).  Most dramatically, an exact triple conjunction of Saturn, Neptune and asteroid York (all 0 Aries), his former ducal title, symbolizes potential punishment (Saturn) and imprisonment (Neptune) for the erstwhile Duke of York.  This cluster squares asteroid Nemesis 128 at 4 Capricorn, a point noted as the bringer of ruin and destruction.

Police involvement is heralded by asteroid Copland 9532 at 4 Libra (for “cop,” a slang term for police), opposing asteroid Wood at 6 Aries, accompanied by not only the Saturn/Neptune/York triple conjunction at 0 Aries, but also TNO Salacia 120347 at 10 Aries, signifying scandal.  A T-Square is formed with Nemesis at 4 Capricorn and asteroid Polizzi 31888 at 10 Capricorn, also representing police (cognate to German Polizei and Italian Polizia, both meaning “police”).  Natal Copland at 17 Capricorn conjoins Saturn at 17 Cap, another image of law enforcement, semisquare Andrew’s Sun, and was closely conjoined by transit asteroid Andree at 16 Capricorn for his arrest.  Natal Polizzi at 11 Virgo widely conjoins natal Epstein at 20 Virgo, squared natal Prinz at 9 Gemini, in a T-Square with natal Mercury at 17 Pisces, for news (Mercury) of police activity (Polizzi) for the former Prince (Prinz), related to Jeffrey Epstein (Epstein).

The heavens even go so far as to identify the arresting officer by name, Thames Valley Police Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright.  Transit asteroid Oliver 2177 at 6 Virgo conjoins asteroid d’Arrest at 1 Virgo, both opposing Andrew’s Sun, while transit asteroid Wright 1747 at 18 Pisces exactly conjoins transit Mercury, exactly squared by asteroid Prinz at 18 Sagittarius.  Thames Valley police is represented generally by asteroid Thames 16481, which appears natally at 3 Aquarius, conjoined natal asteroid d’Arrest at 7 Aquarius; and at 15 Aries by transit, conjoined asteroids Epstein and Jeffrich at 11 & 19 Aries, widely conjunct asteroid Wood at 6 Aries.

Asteroid Jeffers 1934 at 7 Scorpio, one of four asteroids representing Jeffrey Epstein, the man at the heart of Andrew’s plight, comes to its station February 22^nd, just two days after Andrew’s arrest, likely prompting further ripples of fallout on both sides of the pond.  Conjoined natal Neptune at 9 Scorpio, ruling prisons, Jeffers participates in a Grand Cross with the natal Ascendant at 11 Leo, his public image, natal asteroid d’Arrest at 7 Aquarius, and natal asteroid Andree at 5 Taurus.

This isn’t the first time that relevant asteroids have appeared at station during key points in the Andrew/Epstein saga.  Andrew’s disastrous interview with BBC2’s “Newsnight” on 16 November 2019, which precipitated the start of his fall from grace, occurred with asteroid Andree at station, signaling a critical turn of events.  At 20 Pisces, Andree had turned retrograde on November 7^th, still at its station degree, conjunct Neptune at 15 Pisces, and formed a T-Square with an opposition to Nemesis at 16 Virgo, with a grouping of Venus, asteroid Jeffers and Jupiter on the fulcrum, at 18, 19 and 26 Sagittarius respectively.  This depicts a potential undoing (Nemesis) for Andrew (Andree), who seemed less than honest (Neptune) about allegations that the Royal (Jupiter) had interacted with young girls (Venus) provided by Epstein (Jeffers).  Transit Nemesis at the time was conjoined natal Epstein, a sure sign of things to come.

That interview led to Andrew’s withdrawal from public duties for the Royal Family, announced within days but only confirmed on 31 May 2020; and eventually the loss of all his military affiliations and royal charity patronages, announced 13 January 2022.  Andrew’s “retirement” coincided with a Grand Cross formed of the Sun exactly conjunct asteroid Prinz at 10 Gemini, also conjoined asteroid Andree at 11 Gemini and Venus at 15 Gemini, opposed asteroid Duke at 4 Sagittarius, with a precise pairing of asteroids Geoffroy 12896 (alternate spelling) and Jeffrich 262295 (also for Jeffrey) at 5 Sagittarius, with the crossbars Mars at 12 Pisces and Nemesis at 14 Virgo.  This portrays a focus (Sun) on a downfall (Nemesis) for Prince Andrew (Prinz, Andree), Duke of York (Duke), due to associations with girls (Venus) provided by Jeffrey Epstein (Geoffroy, Jeffrich) for sexual purposes (Mars).

The loss of the military and charity affiliations shows similar aspects, with a Venus/Nemesis/Sun/Pluto conjunction (16, 22, 23 & 26 Capricorn) opposed asteroid Epstein at 17 Cancer, T-Squared Jeffers at 14 Libra; and an Andree/Mars pairing (18 & 22 Sagittarius) squared asteroids York and Jeffrich (15 & 22 Pisces) conjunct Neptune (20 Pisces).  The first grouping shows ruin (Nemesis) from criminal sexual acts (Pluto) with young girls (Venus) encountered via Epstein (Epstein).  The second doubles down on the Andrew (Andree, York) connection to Epstein (Jeffrich) in a sexual context (Mars).

But back to stations.  The scandal went on the back burner for some months, until the release of a new tell-all book by Andrew Lownie, “Entitled:  The Rise and Fall of the House of York,” on 14 August 2025, which further detailed Andrew’s relationship with Epstein, among other shortcomings.  At the time, asteroid Epstein was at station, having turned retrograde July 27^th, at 1 Aries, exactly conjunct Saturn and Neptune, opposed Mars at 4 Libra, in a T-Square with TNO Ixion 28978 at 5 Capricorn.  We encounter Ixion most commonly in its connection to homicide, but it also represents entitlement, which forms the title of the book!

The revelations therein led directly to the loss of Andrew’s titles and his demotion from Prince, announced 30 October 2025, with asteroid Epstein again at station, turning direct at 18 Pisces on November 8^th.  Epstein conjoins Jeffrich at 23 Pisces and Saturn (punishment) at 25 Pisces, squared asteroid Duke at 21 Sagittarius.  Again, a grouping of Nemesis, Mars, Andree and Mercury (22 & 26 Scorpio, 0 & 1 Sagittarius) brought news (Mercury) of a downfall (Nemesis) for Andrew (Andree) due to sex (Mars).  This cluster opposes Uranus at 0 Gemini, indicating something shocking and controversial, and forms yet another T-Square with a paring of Damocles with asteroid York, at 29 and 25 Aquarius, depicting the looming threat or peril (Damocles) for the former Duke (York).

The Sun that day was at 7 Scorpio, precisely where asteroid Jeffers made its station at the time of Andrew’s subsequent arrest.  I have no doubt that, should charges be filed and a trial held, at any future date, these markers will once again show prominently, and inescapably.
